Dhikala is the only zone of Corbett Cantor Safari. Travelers staying outside Dhikala Lodge have the only option to reach Dhikala Zone by Canter Safari. Canter safaris are approximately five hours and twice a day. Dhangari Gate is located at a distance of 18 km from Ramnagar while Dhikala tourist area is located inside Dhangari Gate at a distance of 31 km. Canter safari is possible only in Dhikala Zone of Corbett Tiger Reserve.

Now 4 canters are allowed inside Dhikala zone at a time and 16 tourists can sit in one canter. Passengers are accompanied by expert naturalists and drivers. Canter safaris are run twice a day. Tourists can travel to Dhikala area by a canter with a maximum of 16 passengers and starts from Ramnagar in the morning and afternoon. These tours are called Ramganga Conducted Tours and are permitted by the management of Jim Corbett National Park. Tourists can board the canter at Ramnagar or Dhangari Gate.
